- Manage and oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and
provides expert support when necessary for ERP and ERAPOS Program.
- Manage and monitor Servers Hardware and software using PRTG.

Help Desk Administration
- Oversee all help desk activities.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of company’s tracking software.
