- PB was appointed as the Programme Management Consultant (PMC) for Ashghal “Local Roads and Drainage Programme” (LR&DP), a national programme that comprises around 230 projects, extends for 8 years and with an approximate budget of 120 Billion QR.
- After almost one year in PB, I was promoted to a senior position where I got more responsibilities in managing critical stakeholders. In specific, I managed a team responsible to obtain the approvals from different governmental agencies (stakeholders).

Tasks and Key Achievements:
- Manage the land acquisition requests required for the construction of roads and drainage structures within the LR&DP.
- Liaise with the different internal and external stakeholders to resolve design and Construction interface issues.
- Help formulate a new procedure for land acquisitions and allocations
- Manage the weekly meetings of the Utilities Coordination Committee, formed by an Emiri Decree to resolve interface issues between Qatari Governmental Agencies.
- Help in formulating several MOUs between Ashghal and external agencies such as MME (MMUP previously), and Kahramaa
- Maintain and update a land requests tracker and distribute it to top management on a regular basis.
- Hold weekly meetings and workshops with the different stakeholders to timely resolve interface issues.
- Manage an online system to assess Contractors’ KPIs
- Provide presentations to High level governmental officials up to ministerial level.
