• Material and sample submittal, following up with subcontractors and suppliers about rejected material submittals and finding solutions based on consultant’s comments, in addition, Contacting suppliers to provide the approved missed material samples.
• Drawings availability, checking if the site installers are working on last revisions drawings and providing any missed documents from the concerned team.
• Drawings review, looking into drawings provided by interior designers if it’s coordinated with the IFC drawings (Elec. LC. and Mech.) accordingly.
• Networking between all the participants by making the communication and requests between Contractors, Sub Contractors, Installers, ID offices and consultants easier and faster which improve the work progress by solving small issues that can block others productivity directly on spot
