Develop the department structure and implement new policies and procedures.
Responsible for building the brand equity and the image of the Company by conveying its mission and values internally and externally.
Develop a credible public image including government and business stakeholder relations, local and regional media outreach, community and social responsibility, employee communications, crises and reputation risk management.
Build media relationships locally and regionally across all channels: print media, TV and online.
Identify potential business and social entities that serve the Company best interest.
Create and manage a select list of VIP contacts and a regular management and update of database for marketing and business usage.
Handing all the internal and external communications for the company whether including TVC, outdoor, digital (website, social media, multimedia presentations, documentary films), press releases, advertorials, interviews, newsletter, annual report, company profile, printing collaterals in accordance to the corporate brand image.
Develop and manage all CSR initiatives that are in line with the Group motto "A New Generation of Steel".
Coordinate with management for daily updates on tactics and development to ensure up-to-date flow of information with the different media channels.
Manage the company presence at conferences, internal and external events and exhibitions ensuring appropriate positioning.
Manage and monitor external PR and Marketing agencies performance
Create and update my property website with all required data, photos and information. Including the Metatags monitoring
Handling all SEO & SEM activities
in charge of the all Marketing and the E-Commerce plans (Yearly-Monthly) along with other departments (Sales department & PR department)
Handling all the B2B and B2C deals for all the online and Marketing business
Search and create new channels with all the online market and all third parties to generate more revenue to the online Segment and support my marketing plan
Develop customer social media strategy including campaigns and Adds
Developing and managing social media pages ( Facebook, Twitter, Flicker, YouTube) including all analysis and customer behavior
Watch and Monitor the property revenue and parity at all the online channels
Following all the Guest reviews about the property through all the online channels
And supervise my team reply including the level of guest satisfaction
Doing all daily, weekly & monthly reports (materialization report, web analysis report, activities report, marketing reports… etc.)
Monitor all the competitor actions in the market to act accordingly
Arrange and create the hotel Newsletter on Monthly bases for all our data base
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain website, Update the pictures, copy announcements, attendance, etc. online once per week
Managing and monitoring all the online marketing channels
Handling all the online business of 45 hotels owned and managed by the company.
Uploading and updating contracted rates and promotions on the hotels’ different websites.
Preparing online tour operators’ rates and promotions as well as ensuring correct and accurate posting.
Handling (MyFidelio.net) system that links all the hotels with the regional office.
Controlling the availability and the rates of the hotels through the contracted websites.
Making all daily, weekly & monthly reports (materialization report; revenue report; web analysis report… etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Handling reservations for 38 hotels & resorts all over Egypt coming through Travel Agencies, Corporate Companies & individual guests.
Administration tasks inside the office during the day (receiving, sending faxes, filling and preparing reports)
Acting as indoor sales with local and foreign resident guests

Searching for new and vacant properties over the USA
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
Gathering market and customer information.
Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales.
