• Pricing the Rebar fixing cost in a certain project by Checking and studying all the tender structural drawing, location and project difficulty.
• Calculating the Rebar Fixers required for the project.
• Ensure that all the supervisors, foremen and labors are working in safe conditions and following the safety officers’ instructions.
• Organizing and directing the rebar fixers group (supervisors, foremen and labors) in the site to maintain the construction schedule.
• Make sure that all the needed materials are in the site.
• Ensure that all the supervisors, foremen and labors are working according to the latest consultant approved drawings.
• Ensure the highest quality standards for the completed parts.
• Monitoring all the design changes, studying their impacts on the construction method, cost and negotiating for variations.
• Making the monthly invoice according to the accomplished parts.

Lead a group comprised of engineers and draughtsman.
•Check and review the rebar shop drawings.
•Update site progress from actual site status and Coordinated between customers & factory
•Produce the rebar Shop Drawings according to B.S.I. or A.C.I. codes.
•Submit the shop drawings for the consultant approval.
•Keep records of issued shop drawings submitted to consultant main drawings.
•Prepare the Bar Bending Schedules.

In charge of all construction phases (excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, leveling & concreting)
•In charge of all finishing works (render, electric, sanitary, tiles, granite, false ceiling … etc.)
•Assuring the implementation of all Design/Engineer instructions
•Following up with foreman & labors
•Updated site progress from actual site status and Coordinated between Subcontractors.
•Preparing the Bar Bending Schedules.
•Preparing invoices for subcontractors
•Following up purchased material & invoices
•Calculating quantities for the construction.

Supervising all excavation works needed for the project.
•Supervising & executing the entire carpenter’s works and all the form works needed for the footing or the raft. (accurate dimensions, accurate levels, best safety)
•Executing all the installation of steel bars according to the shop drawings of the site.
•Maintaining the highest quality control of the mixed concrete either it is mixed in site manually or it is ready mixed.
•Supervising the construction of steel communications tower and steel trusses.
•Directing and allocating the site labors and foreman.
