Duties:

*Network Officer:
- Troubleshooting LAN issues (Ports, VOIP)
- Upgrade IOS version for switch devices
- Working with different Vendor e.g. (Cisco, Alcatel and Dell switches).
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
Set up accounts and workstations.

*System Administrator:
- Manage network servers and technology tools.
- Set up accounts and workstations.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
- Ensure security through access controls, backups.
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models.
- Participated in on-call rotations during holidays, weekends and overnights to handle emergency network situations.

Project: SEMATI

- Receive and answer customer's requests/inquiries related to the through emails and phone calls

- Analyze/Fix the JSON code for the received service issues both in production and test environments, reassign it to the developer or network team if required

- Monitoring/logging the service downtime

- Provide the client with test data to be used in their SIT environment once required

- Using Postman tool to test some service requests and invoke others in the service test environment

SYSTEM SUPPORT ENGINEER

• Providing L1 & L2 technical support for all airlines.
• Follow up priority incidents in trillium Incident
Management System.
• Installing & Maintaining Workstations for Counters,
Gates, Back Office, Baggage Area, Lost & Found.
• Working in Domain Network.
• Re-imaging of windows operating system through
network and Usb's & installation of Software
Including Printers.
• Updated packages and Norton, Ensure that Antivirus
• on all systems is receiving regular definition updates
on Weekly Basis.
• Troubleshooting & Fixing Hardware & Software
problems such as ATB, BTP, OCR, LSR, BGR & HHT
Scanners Zebra .
• Daily reports forward to supervisor & Site Admin.

NETWORK MAINTENANCE

• Connect Network cables end to end user.
• Troubleshooting LAN & WAN Related Issues.
• Maintaining network security on LAN.
• Ensure the wireless access points they are working.
• properly without interruption Cisco.
