Responsible to receive and review purchase requests, verify that the technical specifications meet the minimum standards that enables a transparent and effective procurement process.

Sourcing, Locate, analyze and develop a consolidated supplier base to meet current and future product/service needs.

Negotiate with suppliers for best deals on pricing & contractual terms ensuring risk management and security of supply.

Strive to obtain lowest total cost on procured materials and best terms considering the quality and warranty.

Verify & provide quotation analysis and submit recommendations to relevant manager based on best-negotiated price, quality, delivery times and payment terms.

Prepares purchase Order of selected supplier giving full details of materials and services required and ensure orders are processed and received as per required quality and quantity.

Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory keeping in view the lead delivery time and mode of shipping.

Participate in the annual procurement planning, gather annual requirements from stakeholders, and coordinate with stakeholders to understand the total needs.

Analyze industry and demand trends in order to support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.

Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements. Control, spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.

Maintain excellent relationship with suppliers and end -users. Actively grow the vendor database with reliable and trustworthy local and international vendors.
