Worked as a Quality Control Mechanical Engineer at (Sharq SABIC Turnaround Maintenance at Olefin, EG3 and EG4 Plants started from Jan to Mar 2020)

At Olefin Plant, working with Alamara team for replacing 65 control valves by checking tag plates, condition of flange face, select right gasket, mark the flow direction, condition of nuts and bolts, condition of insulation, writing the dismantling reports, and installation and torquing reports. With help of isometric drawing and "Sharq" documents.

At EG4 Plant, working with Alamara team for welding activities by prepare inspection and test plan, welding procedure specification, procedure qualification record and weld summary sheet all attached with full inspection report and isometric drawing for each package.

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, Responding to breakdowns, Diagnosing faults, Repairing equipment, Supervising technical staff and monitoring PM for equipment

Cooperative training program in Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery company as Rotating Equipment Engineer in Management Vibration and Monitoring Department, performing vibration measurement, Visual inspection, Quality control plan and root cause failure analysis

Cooperative Training in Hadeed SABIC Company as Mechanical Technician in Inspection & Quality Department, Testing the long bar steel according to customer order, Testing the flat sheet steel according to customer order, Preparing test result and send it to supervisor
