Participant Led Training (PLT):
1st: Foundation Track (FT) involves:
• Handling Emergency Performers (HEP) for two days.
• Emotional intelligence for three days.
2nd: Mastering Track (MT) involves:
• Thinking Quality Improvement (TQI) from two to ten training days.
• Resolving Conflicts (RC) for two days.
• Planning with Critical Path Method (CPM) for one day.
• Investment in Safety and Quality (ISQ) for three days.
Coaching:
Six one-to-one sessions with two weeks gap between each two sessions on:
• Personal relationships,

• Participant Led Training topics.
• Setting up a competency map and specifying job skills needed for each position.

I was the official translator of my company and my translations included:
