1- Overseeing the accounting books, records and
forms required for controlling company's
accounting system, and the accounting entries and
use of the cycle according to the documentary and
coordination with the External Auditor.
2- Supervise the work of the accounting guidance
and entered to the computer and verify the safety
and health of these procedures.
3- Extraction of the monthly trial balances and to
ensure their conformity with the books and
records and follow the distribution of expenses on
their own cost centers.
4- Follow-up banks and establishment of working
relationships with bank management.
5- Supervise the procedure of registration in the
books of the company's accounts with banks that
deal with it and adjust the accounts received from
those banks and the settlement of any differences
between them.
6- Preparation of final accounts and Cash Flow,
Income Statement, Balance Sheet and the financial
position of the company in both Arabic and English
at the end of month or year and report the results
achieved.
7- Follow-up Customers/suppliers to remove any
differences, if any.
8- Refers to the implementation of Finance Manager
other works in the field of competence.
9- Supervise the preparation of payroll and calculate
vacation leave and EOS for staff.

1- Proof of accounting entries in general journal and
general ledger, and posted to the books
mentioned as analytical accounting system used in
the company.
2- Monthly compilation of journal and general ledger
to prepare analytical balances and to ensure their
validity to gain access to business results and
financial position of the company.
3- Match the cash held by the cashier with recorded
books.
4- Matching between the balances of bank accounts
with statements of accounts of these banks and
make the necessary adjustment.
5- Preparation of monthly statements of account and
sent to customers, suppliers and shareholders
accounts and make the necessary adjustments, if
any, differences.
6- Follow-up collection and extraction of customer
statement balances accumulated stalled for
payment and send it to chief Accountant for review
and submission to the Finance Manager.
7- Preparation of payroll and review of deductions
and presented to the Financial Manager.
