Responsible for all operation under CMMS required to accomplish the maintenance work order system. Work Control records management and distribution of work orders for accomplishment by respective shops involved.
Receive all follow-up calls/queries and provide status of work orders to requestors.
Prepare notice of outages for system and utilities. Coordinate with affected areas and department other related information.
Receive and evaluate weekly attendance records from shops and prepare Weekly Reconciliation Reports.
Coordination with sub-contractors and other hsopital departments which requires any maintenance related issues.
Generate Work Control Reports periodically as and when required.
Perform other functions as and when required or directed by the Work Measurement Engineer and/or Foreman, Work Control.
Report to Work Measurement Engineer and Work Control Foreman any problems encountered with regards to operating procedures of the Work Control Section.
I have "Bachelor Degree in English Literature" from King Faisel University through the e-learning & distance Education and with GPA: 4.59 out 5
Associate Degree (diploma) in Computer Sciences & Engineering Technology from King Fahad University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) Community College. Cumulative total GPA: 2.35 out of 4 & Major GPA: 2.8 out of 4.
