1. Contribute and follow-up provision of medical care for company employees and dependent family members and update their data with the medical insurance company to provide medical service.
2. Processing the various requests form employees based on the approved policies & procedures.
3. Processing the entitlements of the employees per the policies & procedures.
4. Registering & updating personal information for employees in the (HR Records).
5. Follow-up updating employee's information in the System for company ID and Non-Saudi Iqama with Industrial Security and Government Relations office.
1. Update employees records as per policy, procedures and authorization.
2. Update organization plan all active employees and new employees.
3. Check the unfilled vacancies and coordinate with concerned department.
1. Review employees monthly salary with payroll administrator.
2. Review sub contractors monthly timesheet.
3. Calculate employees business trip (Travel allowance)
