• The whole SDLC cycle
• RFPs and RFIs preparation
• Vendor evaluation and selection process; vendor profile, references, project management, SLA, and adopted technology (solution’s architecture, hardware specifications, compatibility with different technologies, license scheme, SLA, warrantee, etc. )
• Contracting process; price negotiation, payment schedules, and legal discussions
• Production support; documentation, SLAs, and hand over
• Special Ad-hoc assignments for continues improvement or new service/technology exploration
• Disaster Recovery planning and Testing
• External and Internal Audit; finding discussions and acceptance, and closure planning and delivery
