- Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Management Team as required.

Responsible for providing management, administrative/leadership support to project teams, in order to ensure that the project proceeds within the agreed tolerances of time/budget and delivers a fit for purpose outcome to the customer.

• Enable the appropriate reporting mechanisms and report fully on project status to the stakeholders.
• Identify and manage all project issues and risks and, where appropriate, bring them to the attention of the stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Status Reports and ensure copies are delivered to the stakeholders as appropriate.
• Ensure the governance standards and project methodology as defined by AWAL.

As a system engineer I played a great role in the IT department specifically in areas such as Exchange Server, Active Directory, and Windows Server. I worked at the datacenter for the company as system engineer. I Handled the Microsoft Platform in the company for internal users or external customer. For internal users I implement and operate the Exchange server & Active Directly for the company. External customer I have provide services for customers who have host their servers at the Awalnet and they need some support, , like the Installation for the system or back up their data. I participate in designing and implementing the Exchange server 2003 because during the time that I join the company they had to use exchange 2000. I worked as a team during the upgrading process and its ended successfully.
