•Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent
them in the field.
•Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s
performance) and report regularly on project status.
•Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
•Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
•Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

Responsibilities:
•Liaison and coordination with Saudi Aramco.

•Resolve the site related issues and coordinate with interfaces of the work.
•Coordinate with Engineering, HR, and Plant Department to meet the target.
•Workforce management.
•Prepare the master plan for Hydro-jetting operations.
•Utilization of manpower and equipment to the optimum level.
•Prepare and submit monthly forecast, progress and follow up billing.
•Resolve employee grievances.
•Weekly update during management weekly meeting.

Second Project: (Flare and Waterline Services (Jafurah))
Responsibilities:
• Meeting Contract Department Personnel at Dhahran to solve any issues
• Project Planning, Budgeting, Schedule & Forecast
• Material Planning Utilization & Reports
• Project Cost Control and Cost Reports
• Daily Project Monitoring
• Manpower Utilization
• Equipment Utilization
• RPO Monitoring
• Invoicing Monitoring & Following up
• Any assistance for invoice issues in all projects in the Eastern region

•Manage and control six contracts related to Saudi Aramco regarding all pending payment categories which are Pending Not Invoiced, Outside and Inside the portal.
•Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
•Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and reduce the number of clients who stop working with the company.
•Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
•Daily report to Finance Manager and VP.
