Developing a culture change program to enhance and improve the EHSS behavior in the site.
2. Develop Environmental Dashboard (Monitoring, KPI’s and Drive System Reinforcement)
3. Comply with the regulatory authority regulations “Royal commission Environmental Regulations”.
4. Monitor and manage all the Environmental Aspects “Air, water, soil, waste and noise” inside SHARQ complex.
5. Actively participate in day-to-day EHS activities, plant tours & conduct the Environmental programs such as Fugitive Emission Monitoring, Stack Monitoring program, industrial wastewater monitoring and waste management and continues emission monitoring…etc.
6. Element Administrator of SHEM 13.01 Air management system, which covered all the air monitoring programs and insuring the communication, protocols and define the accountability and responsibilities.
7. Participating in internal & external auditing “Responsible Care audit, Management system SHEMS audits…etc.”
8. Actively participate in shutdown and turnaround activities.
9. Conduct trainings on Environmental field and industrial good practices.
10. Involve in Safety and IH daily activates.
11. Regular plant inspection for adherence of EHS compliance & reporting to the management.
12. Preparing and control the EHSS budget for 2018 and 2019
leading the EHS team to ensure Safe operations in place.
My role was being a part of the HES team and observe all the Environmental Engineer responsibilities in the field and to know more about the process.
