- Maintaining and monitoring project plans & schedules, budgets, work hours, and expenditures
- Make sure that client needs are met as projects evolve
- Oversees project procurement management
- prepare & maintain budgets
- Monitoring project progress and handle any issues that may arise
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Analyse risks and opportunities
