• Performed a feasibility study of an ejector-based flare gas recovery system for Ras Tanura Refinery
saving 2 MMSCFD of natural gas
• Support the team by monitoring the compliance of several ongoing projects with the standards and
best practices that governs the design of flare & relief systems
Implemented Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve plant cooling system, and cost expenditure
where several plant shutdowns have been encountered due to cooling inefficiency, short- and long-
term solutions have been provided
• Learned about Preventive maintenance procedures, and scheduling to meet the plant KPI of
achieving operational excellence
• Rotated through plant departments (Production, Quality Control, Maintenance)
