•Ensure all daily, weekly and monthly program activities in timely manner.
•Assist in training activity i.e. communication regarding training, follow ups etc.

•Maintain record of all staff in HRIS system i.e. recruitments, long listing, shortlisting, cards, contracts, uploading employee pictures, exit interviews etc.

Undertake training need assessment of teachers, PTC members and other stakeholders.
Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and guidance to the teachers, head teachers, PTC members and other beneficiaries. Produce success stories/case
Studies and share with M&E section.
Maintain close coordination with district education department, education cluster by attending meetings, sharing progress and information through concerned supervisor.
Conduct satisfaction survey at the end of training.
Encourage and collect feedback from PTC Members using evaluation form.
