• Act as Siemens business Consultant in Kuwait office as trusted partner and advisor for strategic development and company direction to local CEO and CFO. And responsible for Planning (scheduling, agenda, participants) and preparation or review of content for Kuwait and regional management meetings and Kuwait board meetings

• Pro-active approach in identifying possible market applications or opportunities that Siemens Kuwait is not yet addressing.
• Makes recommendations for further strategic development and supports in the implementation of business strategies, guidelines, and principles.
• Conducts strategic analysis in a broad range of topics (i.e., market and competitors' analyses, M&A targets and Due diligence, benchmarking, analysis of strategic action fields).
• Supports strategic planning, future initiatives and evaluates strategic options relevant to local business unit(s), if requested by the Business Unit.
• Act as local coordinator / lead for Siemens Kuwait’s Offset obligations - subject to project status.
• Coordinating certain company-wide processes e.g., NPS, MEP (future CMM) as directed by country CEO.
• Coordinating with BD community in lead country UAE by attending / organizing regular meetings, facilitation of information sharing, development of common tools and methods, use of external data sources like MEED and BMI.
• Developing a concept for Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility, implementing support, and controlling for agreed measures together with concerned assigned countries, functions, and Divisions.
