Determining the project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements.
Planning and managing projects by controlling the time and risks of project using P6.
Monitoring and control project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
Track the status of projects on a monthly basis (+70 projects with +4 billion SR cost).
Elaboration and follow up of solutions to accelerate achievement taking into account rules and regulations.
Monitoring KPIs of Projects Department to reach the annual targets.
Due to good planning and continuous follow-up, the KPI's of the projects for the last two years have been achieved with highly appreciated.
Achieving the highest performance rates in projects by reducing the troubled projects rate to less than 5%.

Analysis of the efficiency of the contractors through follow up work for every project which is reflected in the quality of work.
Projecting the Monthly needed reports cost, progress and quality.
Monitoring DCR of all projects with coordinating with document control section.
Maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations in coordination with Health and Safety section.
