DAILY ACTIVITY:
• REVIEW SAMPLE SIZE AGL CASES WHICH INCLUDE APPROVED, FINANCED, REJECTION AND EXCEPTION CASES.
• IDENTIFY AND HIGHLIGHT THE ERROR OBSERVE DURING POST APPROVAL REVIEW WITH THE RESPECTIVE CREDIT OFFICER I AND CREDIT OFFICER II.
• CO-ORDINATE WITH INITIATION TEAM TO RECTIFIED THE ERRORS IN SYSTEM BEFORE THE AGL GET FINANCED.
• MAINTAIN MIS FOR THE ERRORS HIGHLIGHTED ON DAY TO DAY BASIS.
• CHECK THE SALARY FLAG STATUS FOR SALARY AND NON SALARY ASSIGN CASES IN SYSTEM.
• UPDATE THE MIS FOR AGL SALARY FLAG STATUS AND CIRCULATE ON DAILY BASIS.
• UPDATE THE SIBOR RATE ON DAILY BASIS IN T24 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONTRACT RENEWAL AGREEMENT.
• UPDATE THE STATUS OF SELF EMPLOYED APPROVED CASES ( CONVERSION INTO FINANCED CATEGORY FROM APPROVAL )
WEEKLY ACTIVITY:
• UPDATE THE EMPLOYER SPECIAL PRICING PARAMETERS IN SYSTEM
• MAINTAIN WEEKLY MIS FOR SPECIAL EMPLOYER PRICING OFFER AND CIRCULATE TO INITIATION TEAM
MONTHLY ACTIVITY:
• CIRCULATE AND MAINTAIN POST APPROVAL REVIEW SHEET ALONG WITH SUMMARY FOR ERROR IDENTIFIED DURING THE MONTH.
• DELETE THE SPECIAL PRICING OFFERS IN SYSTEM IN MONTH END (MONTH OF THEIR EXPIRY).
• MAINTAIN SELF EMPLOYED REPAYMENT DUE DATES MIS AND CIRCULATE TO COLLECTION ON MONTHLY BASIS.
• MAINTAIN SELF EMPLOYED OUTSTANDING PRINCIPLE MIS ALONG WITH SUMMARY.
• CIRCULATE THE SELF EMPLOYED COLLATERAL DETAILS FOR INSURANCE PURPOSE.
• MANAGING HIGH VALUE CREDIT FOR HIGH NET WORTH INDIVIDUALS AND SME SEGMENT
• APPRAISAL & ASSESSMENT OF CREDIT PROPOSALS
• MANAGING CREDIT INITIATION AND APPROVAL PROCESS
• MANAGING CREDIT ADMIN
• SUPPORT FOR CREDIT RISK POLICIES FOR SME SEGMENT
• THE ROLE TO INITAIATE THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT.
• CREDIT POLICY OF ALL RETAIL PRODUCTS
• JOB DESCRIPTIONS OF CREDIT DEPARTMENT
• ESTABLISHING THE CREDIT DEPARTMENT WITH OTHER COLLEAGUES

• MAKING CREDIT ANALYSIS FOR THE NEW FAINANCING APPLECATIONS
• GAINING NEW GOOD CUSTOMERS AND
• COORDINATE WITH THE OTHER SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS FOR RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE PROBLEMS.
• FORMULATE ESCALATION AND SUPPORT PROCEDURES, ESTABLISH AND MONITOR SLA’S WITH OTHER SUPPORT DEPARTMENTS FOR PROMPT RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS.
• MANAGE CUSTOMER SURVEY PROGRAMS.
• PROVIDE ALL KIND OF MI REPORTS PERTAINING TO CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
My job is cover evaluation of loan and Auto applications then to approved or to rejected them .
Loan applications are recevied from around 40 Branches and Auto applications are received from around 90 Cars Dealer.
Also, my job covers supervising 2 officers and around 9 loan processors.
