Develop and execute comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.
Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall firm business objectives.
Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
Provide overall leadership and guidance to HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training and leadership development, compensation and benefits.
Direct in the daily administration of HR functions and services as directed or assigned, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, promotions, transfers, contract negotiation and administration, job classification, performance evaluation, and employee relations in accordance with quality management principles and overall objectives of the organization.
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost effective for the firm.
Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.

Manages and resolve complex employee relation issues.

Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, work force planning. Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and disciplining managers; communicating values, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning and monitoring. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results KPI’s. allocating resources. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. Builds company image by collaborating with customers, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps) Developing recruitment strategy for the organization Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key positions in the organization) Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process smoothness Manages and develops the team of HR/ Recruiters Designs training recruiters for HR Recruiters and line managers.
