Develop project plans including (Scope of work, Resource plans, Cost estimates, Schedule, Risk Plan, Quality, Communication and other supporting plans).
Execute the Project Plan, performing project tracking and controlling, and provide project status reports as required by the PMO and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Business process management initiatives and cross-functional teams that gather information to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement.
• Interface with senior managers from various business areas to understand current processes, issues and data/reporting challenges in order to recommend technical solutions.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
• Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Lead and manage the project planning process for each assigned project, to ensure that realistic and deliverable plans are agreed, and that they are acceptable to both ARAAMIS and the client.
• Monitor the progress of the project against plan to highlight and address any areas of under-performance and/or to resolve any areas of potential conflict with the client as far as possible.
• Identify client organization's needs, strengths, and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
• Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
• Provide visibility on progress against approaching milestones, issues, risks and dependencies. Proactively create and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
