• Support business owners to develop a business projects / Initiatives.
• Support business owners in developing detailed project plans to enable them to effectively track the implementation of projects and to track the achievement of project outcome.

• Prepare and review project charter and prepare project management plan.
• Undertake technical review of engineering package and prepare statement of work and request for quotation documents for contractors, clarifying all technical queries in order to prepare project budget.
• Oversee schedule preparation, pre-planning and resources forecasting relating to project.
• Ensure accuracy of financial forecasts which tie into project schedules.
• Develop an effective long-range projects execution plan, modify plan for variations due to availability of resources, actual work completed or additional work requirements.
• Prepare job plans and investigate work requirements, preparing breakdowns of work and putting together job package.
• Coordinate with Project Engineering division on regular basis for technical planning feed for materials and services during work order planning stage.
-Evaluate new equipment .
-Function as technical resource to maintenance groups to direct and recommend problems solutions.
-Prepare equipment RFQ packages and technical bid evaluations and make vendor suggestions.
-Review vendor design documents and coordinate with vendors during equipment design and fabrication process.
-Specify and review drawings and data for large pumps and rotating equipment for offshore applications.
-Conduct routine and complex engineering, design, analysis and technical tasks.
-Develop original designs and products.
-Conduct technical leadership role to supervise, coordinate and direct others.
-Develop life cycle costs for rotating equipment repairs and replacement.
-Develop QA/QC standards for rotating equipment repair.
-Prepare equipment technical specifications and data sheets.
-Suggest for spare parts for rotating equipment.
Monitor mechanical engineering interns and co-ops.

My job is simply to inspect and check the tools (Pipes, pressure vessels, valves....etc) that are manufactured by the contractor of Aramco and assure they are the same as Aramco standards.
