TIC Services and Performance of building construction site visits during the construction progress for all types of building projects.
Responsibility:
- Implementation of quality control measures in building construction based on local regulations.
- Description and assessment of technical problems and development of proposed solutions.
- Monitoring and implementation of acceptances.
- Participation and performance of construction site visits incl. defect and deviation detection.
- Objective preparation of expert opinions for the assessment of claims for defects and damage from a technical point of view.
- Competent support of customers and moderation between business partners.

At TÜV SÜD, I conducted technical inspections and compliance checks for major building projects, ensuring alignment with
design specifications, codes, and regulatory standards. I evaluated infrastructure performance, recommended corrective
actions, and developed quality assurance procedures to uphold construction benchmarks. My role involved coordinating with
stakeholders, preparing detailed inspection reports, and supporting project handover and certification, while providing
technical guidance

Project: - CH 47 MAINTENANCE HANGAR
Client: Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC). Tabuk, SA.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications.
- Carry out inspection and check for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.
- Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of the Non-Compliance Report.
- Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to the Quality - Witnessing of the testing at project site
- Inspection of all civil activities at project site such as formwork and steel reinforcement work as per standard
- Compliance with the sites health and safety regulations.
- Documentation of all WIR’s (Work Inspection Required) after signed by the consultant. - Documentation daily activity, weekly and monthly daily reports

I supervised the design and construction of military infrastructure, including airfield pavements,
hangars, and CH-47 Chinook helicopter facilities. My responsibilities included monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with
technical drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and supporting cost control and issue
resolution to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

During my Start p career, I assisted in supervising residential building projects, ensuring compliance with drawings and
specifications. I conducted material checks, maintained site documentation, and supported excavation, backfilling, and
material testing activities to ensure structural integrity and quality control.
