• Directed and guided the contractor to follow the planning, costing, tendering, and scheduling processes for the 4.5 million Euros general renovation and security upgrade of an ambassadors residence, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Oversaw the review and approval of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Work Inspection Requests (WIRs), payment requests, and variations. Managed the generation of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensured that all progress reports were accurate and timely.
• Collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including architects and engineers, to ensure that project activities were executed according to design specifications and standards.

As Project Engineer, I led a diverse range of projects, including villas, commercial buildings, and high-rise offices. My responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, material selection, quantity estimation, procurement, subcontractor selection, and managing both interior and exterior finishes.
