Manages assigned project budget in compliance with established project management policies and
procedures.
• Identifies assigned project scope changes, re - sequences project components, plans change and
ensures effective communication of the same to all concerned.
• Contributes to developing and delivering timely messages to communicate assigned project plan and
project scope changes.
• Assesses the health of assigned projects against schedules, budgets, and objectives, reporting status
to immediate seniors on a regular basis and highlighting variations from schedule or budget.
• Supports in identifying risks affecting assigned projects and assists in articulating effective mitigation
strategies to address identified risks, in compliance with established standards and best practices.
• Manages submission and collection of certificates of completion.
-Manage the Saudi Contractors Authority initiatives to create new projects/milestones to achieve the SCA strategic goals.
-Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
-Prepares and negotiates contracts and identifies changes and additions in agreements with relevant stakeholders.
-Create and manage project plans from scratch in MS Project or other software tools.
-Prepares all necessary contract documentation and deliverables for planning and risk management purposes
-Optimization of the delivery phases ensuring efficient performance and quality.
-interface management and reporting between different functions to ensure holistic planning oversight.
-Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming a project team; establishing a project budget.
-Assisting the resource management process for project.
-Identify, track, manage, and resolve project issues.
-Develop and update project plans by listing tasks, resources, and target dates.
-Manage implementation strategy, organizational change management, strategy execution and production support, defect/problem tracking, Maintenance & Operation, and test.
-Review completed projects and programmes to identify good practice (Lesson Learned).
-Review the existing PMO documents and propose improvement.
-Managing changes to the project scope, schedule through change management.
- Monitoring the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports/presentation to the client.
- Keep tracking all documents deliverable on different stages of project implementation.
- Managing, Supervising and monitoring the site labor force for site work.
- Keep monitoring the risk register for all risks registered.
- Assist with preparation of site inspection and Acceptance forms and templates and guide field inspectors on fiber
pathways supervision best practices.
- Ensure Survey of infrastructure cabling and fiber pathways works are carried out in accordance with procedures
and agreed reporting templates.
- From time to time participate in supervision of the contractors works as related to all elements of fiber pathways
works.
- Assist with review and analysis of supervision reports ensuring that the CO’ fiber pathways works are in compliance
with STC guidelines.
- Attend the Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) of all installations and contribute to the PAT approvals.
- Participate in meetings with vendors, contractors and ensure fiber pathways dependencies are identified and
communicated to all concerned parties.
- Ensure fiber pathways engineering review, and supervision processes are established to verify that project work
and equipment deliveries are in accordance with approved project specifications and contractual obligations.
-Develop the official STC Structured Cabling and Wiring Specifications document to be followed by the contractors.
- Provide technical expertise and provide appropriate recommendations and advice based on international
standards.
- Provide solutions to complicated situations and support the review of the designs of infrastructure cabling and fiber
pathways
