• Lead and support all Team Members of the Hot Mill Teams/Cold area teams ensuring all targets and goals are met on shift.

• Attain all targets and goals for Health & Safety, environment, production, quality and costs.
• Monitor all aspect of the processes to ensure all operational parameters are met for the effective, efficient and consistent running of the area ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Continual improvement of existing systems to achieve enhanced operational efficiency, productivity and improved quality now and in the future to ensure continued competitiveness.
• Plan and execute performance reviews of Team Members against the department goals and objectives to ensure a qualified and competent workforce.
• Update and review all document.
• Attend internal and external audit and representing the department.
• Ensure production line process parameter.
• Achieve the target along with pipes quality.
