them the priority of administrative recruitment.
•Supervising the local and expat hiring and process, conducts screening interview.

•Pre-screening the CVs of candidate and short listing
•Interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
•Preparing and sending offer packages.
•Coordinate college recruiting initiatives.
•Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
•Represents Recruitment Section on Various Hospital committees such as Human Resources
•Development and Management Team, Recruitment Committee.
