Checks and ensure that the Dsrs/sales man are reaching the shops / customers and carrying out the sales pitch properly and effectively and provide on job and routine training to the DSR/SP for effective selling and negotiating skills and to bring quality in sales coverage and customer relations.
Get in touch with other distributors daily through phone to know what will be there plan for Today sales.
Check Productivity, Drop Size, coverage etc.
Conduct retail audit during daily market visits to ensure that all schemes and discounts are being passed onto the trade as per approvals.
Market visit based on previous and current day gaps.
Discuss market problems with DSRs, Distributors& which area needs to be improved during market visit.
Keep close eye on competitor’s activities& submit the competitor activity reports to Supervisor on daily basis.
Must visit at least Two Areas & 20 outlets on daily basis& Prepare TSO report after market visit.
Ensure Merchandizing.
Implementation of 8 steps of sales call.
During daily market visits it is my responsibility to satisfy the customers regarding service complaint and report the same to my Supervisor, and adopt measures so that same complaints shall never be registered again.
Identify outlets/ week area/ week DSR for market visit.
Send DBR according to distribution needs & than confirm the order from region.
Ensure ROI for distributor.
