-Hiring (Offer to seat) /contracting processes.

- Site visit and business engagement.
-Badging: work with the relevant stakeholders to get access to site like badges.
-Planning, Scheduling and Conducting the On-boarding sessions for the new joiners 1st working day of every month.
-Responsible for getting the logistics in place for on-boarding.
-Define on-boarding process to fit in with hiring and expat transfers.
-Responsible for activating User ID and email address for the new hires. Also responsible for requesting IT assets for them.
-Responsible for getting all the employees on the health Insurance system: (cards Issuing, renewal, addition & deletion follow ups, claim follow-ups, etc).
-Develop a monthly evaluation system and prepare report every quarter to check the improvement areas:
-Trainer assessment
-Course Content
-Overall Assessment of the HR On boarding
- Administrative planning, Direct scheduling, Procedure analyzing.
-Contact with owners and supervisors coming from the third party (subcontractors), communicate with them about site HSE situation;
-Carry out safety walkthrough to verify that the work is carried out under safe conditions without any violations;
- Advice site supervisors and workers of corrective actions when any unsafe conditions or violations are observed;
-Responsible for the implementation of daily job specific toolbox talk before any site activity is started;
- Check on the use of all types of personal protective equipment, evaluate effectiveness & suggest improvements;
-Responsible for effective implementation of all inspections, audits and HSE Action tracking records for the project sites;
Accountable for the preparation of HSE statistics and reports;
-Responsible for and participates in incident investigation on site;
-Assists in various activities, including but not limited to risk identification waste minimization, Tool box meeting, pollution prevention and control, and various compliance activities in all areas of HSE;
-Conduct HSE meeting with subcontractors and review HSE documentations.
-Planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies. Guidelines and procedures to ensure the safety of employees;
-Responsible for the implementation of daily job specific toolbox talk before any site activity is started;
-Responsible for effective implementation of all inspections such as inspections of vehicles, materials and hygiene of the site;
-Responsible for and participates in incident investigation on site;
-Responsible for the implementation of HSSE meetings, inspections and audits schedules for the project sites.
Holding a periodic training for Employees of H2S gas leaking, well kick, evacuation ....etc
In addition to many other safety activities.
