Preventive and corrective maintenance for rotating and static equipment such as pumps compressor heat exchangers
SAP planning system, material arrangement

Inspect workplace to identify hazards and risks in regular basis.
•
Coordinate to Department In-charge about issues related to occupational safety.
•
Report any incident/accident/abnormalities to the immediate superiors and to concerned department.
•
Coordinate with the Plant Operations In-charge and Clinic staff in case of emergency.
•
Provide recommendations to concerned parties in matters related to loss prevention and occupational safety.
•
Ensure that fire protection system and firefighting equipment are inspected and maintained.
Provide safety awareness to all relevant personnel.
•
Share information, suggestions, and observations with plant management to meet the company health and safety goals.
•
Understand and follow the organizational loss prevention and HSE policies.
•
Assist in periodic emergency drill.
•
Participate audit in to verify compliance and maintenance of safety management system, programs and procedures.
•
Participate in incident/accident investigation.
•
Attend meeting relevant to loss prevention/occupational safety.
•
Keep records and data related to loss prevention/occupational safety.
•
Maintain inspection and maintenance records of firefighting/fire protection equipment/system.
•
Keep and maintain records of incidents and accidents.
•
Conduct risk assessment and review.
•
Gather data for Safety KPIs.
•
Lead, manage and provide guidance to Inspector, Senior Inspection, and Technician and to other personnel under jurisdiction.
•
Prevent any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
•
Make reports related to the activities and responsibilities.
•
Attend safety trainings as planned.
•
Stop work that poses danger to personnel and to company property.
•
To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
•
To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
