Development and implementation of Environmental Management System as per ISO 14001:2015 and Govt.
Environmental Procedures.
➢ To detect any existing or potential environmental compliance problems or management system deficiencies
and make recommendations.
➢ Preparing bidding documents related to environment as per the requirements of the Client’s Environmental
Team.
➢ Preparation of Environmental related plans for projects e.g., CESMP, CSMP, WMP, Environmental ERP etc.
➢ Provision of technical support to the site team for Environmental related issues.
➢ Conducting Environmental Audits for the projects in all over KSA and advising the site Environmental team for
improvement.
➢ Preparation of Environmental reports and submitting to QHSE director on weekly and monthly basis.

Undertake monitoring, supervision, and management of the environmental aspects of the works in
accordance with the Client's environmental policies, procedures, and frameworks.
➢ Monitor and supervise the day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure correct implementation of the
CESMP.
➢ Solving environmental issues according to NCEC, Neom Environment, ISO 14001, EPA, IFC, and WHO
standards.
➢ Maintaining environmental performance records.
➢ Be fully conversant with company and client Environmental policies, procedures and associated
documentation.
Ensure company Environmental policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively.
➢ Review Environmental documentation as requested.
➢ Facilitate and participate in environmental risk assessments and ensure risk registries are maintained up to
date.
➢ Review local legislation and where gaps are identified, propose action plans and monitor closeout.
➢ Develop Environmental Activity plan and ensure all Environmental requirements including inspections,
audits and emergency response are listed as appropriate at intervals of time.
➢ Prepare schedule and conduct internal and external Environmental audits.
Monitor Environmental statistics and identify trends. Report trends in a timely manner and prepare action
plans to promote continual improvement.
➢ Actively participate in Environmental safety campaigns and other initiatives Lead / attend Environmental
meetings
➢ Follow-up closeout and maintain Environmental central action tracking registry
➢ Initiate Environmental training needs analysis and coordinate implementation. Deliver and assess specialist
training courses.
➢ Lead and assist with incident investigations and prepare reports. Client interface where necessary.
➢ Follow and enforce environmental regulations on a state and international level.
➢ Identify ways to reduce environmental damage and waste.
➢ Environment Communication & Client Relations: Communicated and liaised with clients on environment issues
including pre- qualification requirements, site environment plans, non-conformance items, incident investigations,
pre-job meetings, closeout meetings and non-prime contractor concerns. Consult with representatives from
NEOM on a wide range of environment compliance and regulatory issues.
