Responsible for data entry, filing. Preparing and sorts source documents, and identifies and interprets data to be entered; Contact prepare of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
Confirming accuracy of data such as course numbers, days, dates, times, locations, and instructors. Comparing data entered with source documents, or reenters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Accept cash, checks, or bankcards for payment; completes check and bankcard transactions according to established procedure.
Count money, gives change and issues receipt for funds received.
Calculate discounts or references; requests customer identification for certain discounts and receipts as required. Maintaining sufficient amounts of change in cash drawer.
Balance cash drawer and receipts; documents discrepancies. Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements. Communicate customer requests to management.

Review incoming & outgoing correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate; routes matters requiring action by staff or other companies and follows up to ensure actions are completed.
Preparing reports for managers elsewhere within the organization;
Maintaining Employee Handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed.
