• Preparation of Material Technical Approval packages.
• Reviewing MR (Material Requisition) and MTA (Material Technical Approval) prior to the
submission to client (Saudi ARAMCO), to make sure that the requirement like material specification
and content of MR and MTA are being fulfilled.
• Making sure all quality requirements are proactively followed so that material arrival is on time and
no quality violation is practiced.
• Preparing IAP for inspection level 1 and above and submitting to client for approval.
• Make sure that every procedure used by manufacturer is approved from client (Saudi ARAMCO)
• Communicate with Saudi Aramco and Third-Party Inspection Agency to arrange inspections for
inspectable items and follow with TPI until release of Certificate.
• Getting required NMRs from vendors.
• Arranging and attending PIM (Pre-inspection Meetings).
• Making sure all the quality requirements of client are transmitted to manufacturer/vendor.
• Preparing and sending notification to client for inspection of materials as agreed.
• Controlling NCRs issued by TPIs and material QC inspectors and monitoring closely to make sure
that corrective actions are being followed properly.
• Preparing weekly inspection fabrication status report and two weeks look ahead schedule on weekly
basis and submit to client.
• Ensure timely receipt of orders and delivery of materials by keeping complete track of issued
Purchase orders.
• Assisting internal and external audit teams.
• Review contract documents to ensure identification and comprehension of quality requirements.
• Involved in coordination with vendor & subcontractor for review / approve supplier / subcontractor.
• Close coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Quality & Construction to comply with all the
requirements by the Client for submissions & approvals.
• Review and approve supplier / subcontractor pre-qualification.
• Review Quality Control items & submit for approval from Client.

FINAL YEAR PROJECT (SOLAR POWER INVERTER): The solar inverter made by us is just a prototype for making future projects which incorporate advanced technologies like micro-controlled solar tracking, charge control, etc. this is to show that solar inverters are very cheap and easy to install so that the energy demands are shifted on using renewable sources of energy. There are more advancements pending in this field that will revolutionize the energy stream and solar energy will be playing the most important role of all.
