• Spearheading the SAUDIA Group Local Content Program, as the Program Manager, overseeing a group-wide program and consulting company and developing the internal and external communication plan
• Updating Saudia Group companies policies to embed Local Content requirements and comply with new government regulations
• Orchestrating 60+ workshops, training sessions, and ideation sessions related to Vision and Mission development, Targets & Strategy, Initiatives Ideation, Local Content Policy, and Local Content Training Program

• Led delivery of the Local Content Training Program with 200+ attendees from different functions, covering 4 modules and 350 content slides
• Appointed as the official Saudia Group representative for the Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) for exceptional awareness of joint governance frameworks and LC Council guidelines
• Managed a portfolio of 5 workstreams across 3 major companies within Saudia Group, overseeing 200 initiatives valued at SAR 250M, ensuring key milestones were achieved
• Implemented a transformation, performance, and initiative management tool, in collaboration with diverse departments and international consultants, providing organization-wide training and ongoing support
• Collaborated with multiple departments to coordinate and organize 4 annual executive events, governing content, attendees, and assisting in planning and implementation
• Conducted financial impact assessments for initiatives, collaborating with all relevant stakeholders to develop comprehensive business cases
• Oversaw 7 transformation projects as a PMO, ensuring alignment with transformation governance, framework, and project managers
• Played a key role in steering committee meetings with the group CEO, addressing critical issues and providing improvement recommendations
• Engaged stakeholders across departments to successfully complete projects, defining project scopes, deliverables, reporting progress, and escalating issues for prompt resolution
• Collaborated with departments organization-wide to achieve SAR 2B in cost reductions through contract renegotiation and budget reviews post-COVID-19 crisis
