I am currently engaged with a US financial lending client, my KPIs include but are not limited to heading and designating work to a team of 4 software developers, 3 quality assurance analysts and 1 database analyst for robust implementation of changes as directed by the client. I also have to conduct weekly status meeting with higher management of the client, get sign off on goals and deliveries. Project scope includes Quality Assurance of current system, Implementation of new technology, Technical and Functional documentation of entire process, User guides, Enhancement of online portals and maintenance of issue tracking and bug fixing platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitates value-oriented discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provides technical consulting
• Analysis and documentation of data gathered and researched
• Work closely with stakeholders throughout the life cycle of a reporting/analytics project - production roll out
• Synthesize current Business Intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action
• Lead and facilitate open-ended discussions of implementation plans with internal business customers on Business Intelligence projects
• Data Mining and Forecasting for allocation of resources on different processes
As a Business Analyst I elicit requirements from different sources, review, analyze and create detailed documentation of business systems and user needs. This includes end to end project management and client meetings. I develop effective reporting tools to present findings according to the markets best practices; to implement strategies that address tactical and strategic goals of the organization.
