Customer Experience Management:
Customer experience is managed by sourcing of signaling information by deploying network probes. Information from IuCS, GSM-A and ISUP is consolidated with customer information to engineer customer experience KQIs and KPIs. These KQIs and KPIs are base-lined to get true and actionable insights. I am responsible to architect systematic access to KQIs, KPIs and dimensions and also responsible to derive useful insights for various stakeholders. SLA Management (Stockholm, Sweden): Project involved designing of a customized LDM for managed services department by analyzing various sources including alarms, trouble tickets, change management system and work orders management. I was involved in semantic data modeling and was responsible for BI design, development and implementation for Ericsson’s managed services department using SAP Business objects 4. This was achieved by providing various key performance indicators for Alarms management, customer management, SLA bench marking, ticket management and overall performance measurements. These indicators are used to set achievable SLAs with clients and also provide transparency to both Ericsson and its clients in terms of equipment performance and time to resolution for occurred faults.
Telecom Services Insights (Doha, Qatar): Worked on Qtel (Qatar) project for semantic layer modeling, aggregation and BI development for DWH Phase-2 that included detailed video call traffic analysis, SMS, MMS GPRS, IP TV, ADSL and interconnect traffic. Responsibilities also included conducting successful UAT with Qtel business users

I was involved with the vendor in churn definition, finalizing predictors and model. I was also responsible to drive the project to ensure that project delivers results as per expectations
Location Intelligence: Defined complete scope of the project, identified features required to generalize and support mapping of all major KPIs, designed high level architecture of the system, designed information map, identified vendors and conducted technical and commercial vendor evaluation. Also defined the roadmap to provide geographical perspective to existing analysis and business questions.

MNP Dashboard and QoS: Enabled MNP team to understand market behavior and also subscribers who were either porting in or porting out. Visibility was provided by developing dashboards, reports and providing recommendations on analysis methods and scope of analysis
VAS Tracking, Reporting and Trend Analysis: Developed a dashboard for VAS department and enabled to conduct analysis based on dynamic combination and hierarchy of more than 300 VAS services. Dashboard also provided forecasting and alerting to users
Enabling BI2.0: To improve analytical experience and BI landscape, I was responsible to port desktop based reports to web environment and to ensure future development in web supported formats
