• Implemented smart-bin monitoring (IoT), achieving efficiency improvements through data-driven planning.
• Developed route optimization schedules, manpower distribution plans, and SLAs for client compliance.
• Led a workforce of 250+ employees, including supervisors, drivers, and labor teams.
