Agriculture, Smart Health Care, Smart Education, Smart Transportation, Smart Utilities, and Smart Energy).
▪ Attend the Project Kick-Off meeting and support the team in connecting the assets (controllers with different connectivity levels and communication protocols for the critical process parameters).
▪ Setup the Network, Database, and Application Server and Map the Data Points.
▪ Work on the Backend and Front-End Application and setup meeting sessions with Subject Mater Experts before presenting the final version to the customer.
▪ Support the Sales and Presales Team in assessing the facility for different products and solution verticals.
▪ Align with the Procurement Department for the cost-effective solution approach and support them during the purchasing process (Initiating the PR, convincing the Finance Department department as per the Project Profit and Loss Report, Generating PO and so the customs clearance).

▪ Work on the integration of different platforms using APIs and different data parsing methods (Platform to
Platform, Platform to Edge to Platform, and, Edge to Platform).
▪ Prepare the tender proposal with an in-depth technical and cost-effective commercial approach.
▪ Work on the Energy Sustainable Concept and empower the Business Units for implementing Smart Energy Solutions (with the help of different Energy Experts like Engie Solutions, Electricity de France, and Baker Hughes).
▪ Visit different European Countries for meeting counter parts to build a robust Technology and Business hub with mutual collaboration.
▪ Generate Corrective Maintenance Work Orders in CMMS (SamFM), plan and assign to the associated shifts (Electrical, Mechanical, Low Current and HVAC).
▪ Prepare a Preventive Maintenance Schedule for the assets (as per the contract) in CMMS and plan for the upcoming months.
▪ Followup with the Store Manager for raising the PR (based on the submitted Field Material Requisition).
▪ Followup with Procurement Manager for the purchase of material based on the criticality level of the task.
▪ Assist the Client’s Admin Department with the preparation of Permits (Work Permit for the Subcontractors and Suppliers).
▪ Assist the Client’s Admin Department with the preparation of ID and Access Cards for the new employees.
▪ Prepare Work Orders Log and PR Tracker for the weekly meeting (with the client and subcontractors)
▪ Prepare Monthly Report (to be submitted with the Invoice) for the client and Dalkia Management.
▪ Manage the Projects and assure the closing ahead or at least on schedule with in budget.
▪ Prepare and Manage the Financial Model of the Projects and assure the reflection of expected revenue (fixed and recurrent) in the company account.
