Leading the entire HR & Admin operations for Hamdard Laboratories India based out at Aurangabad.
Complete recruitment of Agricultural staff (agronomist, food technologist, agri labour, campus tie ups, farmers training etc.)
Analyze the business trends and numbers with Agronomists & staff as part of HRBP role to develop policies and program which would help the organization in achieving its agricultural goals.
Taking care of operations on all the 3 sites of the company in Shendra MIDC, Paithan, and Gangapur.
Setting up and training of admin executive for all office & farm administration tasks i.e. housekeeping, security, canteen, transportation, T & D etc.
Analyze business infrastructure and provide input and guidance on unit restructure, employee development, workplace planning, and succession planning.
Coordination for getting all the required licenses and compliances for factory setup.
Taking care of legal licensing and compliance for factory setup. i.e coordination with electrical agent and MSEB office, MIDC officials, Fire safety officer etc.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Attending the legal matters related to land acquisition and civil work and coordination with respective legal advisor.
Prepare and submit all sorts of reports, presentations and data to management and provide decision support.
Additionally I also have the responsibility to watch over the construction of the factory site along with our civil engineer and keep a proper check of the project development as per the scheduled timelines.
