Posting ads of the related post in different medium.
Receiving the CVs, scrutinizing and calling the shortlisted candidates for interview
Doing arrangement for the interview in coordination with HR manager.
Making calls to the selected candidates and briefing them for final joining
Completing the documents of selected candidates in all respect.
Preparing Job Descriptions to the new joiners.
Giving orientation to the newly hired employees about their concerned departments.
Issuing employee cards to the employees.
Maintaining attendance of all the employees in accordance to compliance.
Allowing leaves to the employees as per the policies.
Making all the arrangements for opening salary accounts of the employees.
Issuing uniforms to the employees and maintaining their data.
Completing and submitting the forms for registration of employees in EOBI|ESSI.
Monitoring daily operation at warehouse.
Ensuring the required strength of workers at warehouse.
Ensuring safety of workers at warehouse.
Ensuring the presence of DSR at each van of their specific route.
Controlling the in out movements of Van and Mazda for loading and unloading at warehouse.
Solving the queries of sale staff Inco-ordination with RSM.
Arranging trainings to the staff with the co-ordination of HR Manager and RSM.
Conducting meetings with staff and maintaining their records.
Processing the input of salaries.
Ensuring the deductions, commissions and expenses of the employees in input.
