1- Prepare the store for upcoming stock. Ensure adhered to standard
operating procedure for store space management.
2- Oversee loaders and labors and coordinate with logistics for dispatch of
customer orders.
3- Ensure the hygiene of the truck and the way goods are loaded onto the
trucks, Visual inspection of truck to be loaded (particularly during monsoon
like leakage from roof, open spaces in the truck platform, through there
could be water entry etc.)
4- Oversee off-loading of stock to receive and review goods for damages
and shortage.
5- Identify unsafe conditions or work practices and report them.
6- Ensure loading and unloading happens safely and timelines are met
and verify goods against checklist.
7- Conduct periodic physical stock count of stock, fill up counting sheets,
reconcile the results in case of variance in any of the SKU and update the
counting sheet accordingly.
8- Check and ensure appropriate stock arrangement.
1- Make a purchase order for fresh products.
2- Receipt of shipments from suppliers according to the purchase order for
long-term products.
3- Entering the products into the system and making sure that the invoices
match and submit them to the accounting department.
4- Ensure the validity of the products and take out the expired or damaged
products.
5- Managing the inventory process.
6- Ensuring that customers' requests are completed and in a timely
manner.
7- Management of the exhibition in terms of storage, method of displaying
products and hygiene.
8- Quality Control.
1- Entering data on the Ministry of Health's website
2- Updating the data in the hospital's Ultima program.
3- Working on the LDM program
4- Colect the samples and send them to the laboratory.
5- Preparing the report to calculate the number of shipments.
6- Extraction of PCR results.
1- Follow up of employees (attendance and absence)
2- Reporting daily report about the employees.
3- Coordinating interviews and communicating with applicants.
4- Personnel (letters, employment contracts, renewal of contracts).
5- Save files manually and electronically.
6- Supervising new employees and training them to perform the required tasks.
