• Supervising and conducting the Induction Program for new employees.
• Process the entitlements of the new employees, such as E-mail accounts, medical insurance, etc, on HR system.
• Managing, Monitoring and updating company’s website including the events of the company.
• Review all write-ups submitted by SHARQ’s departments before publishing the articles on the website.
• Supervise the arrangements for the VIP and President’s visitors
• Responsible of conducting all audit on all internal standards in terms of Quality as per SABIC corporate guidelines
• Reviewing and Controlling all Public Announcement.
• Coordinating Community Outreach Programs.
• Plan and budgeting cost of VIP and Corporate Gifts souvenir.
• Member in different Committees, which are concerned about Sports activities, HSE, Community outreach programs and Company’s Events.
• Providing full support and assistance to the Company’s Public Relations in carrying out the assigned duties and functions toward responsibilities and performances to a variety of contact with media, government agencies and private entities.
• Documenting the Company’s events.
• Arranging the Corporate Events, Exhibits, and Conferences.
• Insuring the right Corporate Identity.
• Working on News Monitoring & Clippings.
• Monitoring and updating company website.
• Coordinating with advertising agencies and company’s departments to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media.
• Managing public address system in close coordination with Management and Information Technology.
• Coordinating Community Outreach Programs.
• Provide recommendations in regards to the selection of equipment, services and materials needed for specific PR purposes.
• Evaluate and conduct researches in the Donations & Sponsorship Programs.
• Planning and coordinating the VIP Visitors.
• Plan and budgeting VIP and Corporate Gifts souvenir and promotional items.
• Coordinate all arrangements for Company’s internal/external events following P & GRM instructions
• Handle all types of external correspondences in Arabic and English.
• Ensure timely coordination and follow-up of Company’s transaction with Governmental agencies and assertively provide feedback to the Management of its possible positive and negative implications.
Providing and managing all the General Services Assistance need of the Company
Handles all types of correspondence in Arabic and English as required by the legal team.
