- Led the development of employer portal and maintained continious development to the portal.
- Led the Salesforce CRM implementation to manage the private sector accounts

Khalid A. al-Safi Co., is a 40-year-old tire import and distribution business (MARSHAL, ADVANCE and mire) headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It has 26 branches around the kingdom.
• Led different projects through developing the appropriate analytics necessary to address a variety of different business issues and requests for information.
• Developed company HR plans that aim to help create new structure, policy, effective and efficient organization processes while complying with Ministry of Labor rules.
• Built HR department from employee’s files to company internal policy.
o More than 300 employee files information where fully collected, created and updated in 1 month.
o Suitable Internal Policy that includes (Contract policy, vacation policy, loan policy, etc) where identified, created and shared with top managements in 2 months.
• Led recruitment process in cost effective manner from Manpower analysis till allocating quality human capital to ensure meeting company’s need and maintaining required nationalization levels.

o 100% of vacancies were fulfilled with an effective engagement of 24 Saudies in all branches.
