•Visited On-site customers in KSA and Dubai for several Government and private sector customers for end-to-end implementation of Dynamics CRM.
•Worked in various capacities such as CRM Technical Consultant, CRM Functional Consultant, Project Manager, Onsite Team Lead, and Business Analyst for clients and delivered projects across countries like KSA, United States and Dubai.
•Defined processes and tools best suited to each project, moved between agile and waterfall approaches depending on project specifics and client goals, creating detailed project road maps, plans, schedules and work breakdown structures
as mobile application development lead responsible for mobile apps development and training, leading off-shore project teams and project management.
