1. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by end-users. This involves diagnosing problems, investigating the root causes, and implementing appropriate solutions.

2. Help Desk Support: Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system. Assist users with a wide range of technical issues, such as login problems, software installation, email configuration, printer setup, and connectivity problems.

3. Software and Hardware Installation: Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware devices, including operating systems, productivity tools, antivirus software, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

4. User Account Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts in various systems and applications. Ensure user access rights are granted or revoked as per organizational policies, and assist with password resets and account lockouts.

5. Network Support: Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless networks. Configure network settings, such as IP addresses, DNS servers, and proxy settings. Assist with network equipment setup and maintenance.

6. Data Backup and Recovery: Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity and availability. Assist in data recovery efforts in case of data loss or system failures.

7. Security Management: Help enforce security policies and best practices, such as user access controls, password policies, and data encryption. Assist with antivirus and malware protection, as well as security incident response.

8. Documentation and Knowledge Base: Maintain accurate records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions. Contribute to the knowledge base by documenting common issues and their resolutions for future reference.

9. Training and User Education: Conduct training sessions and create user guides to enhance end-users' technical skills and knowledge. Educate users on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

10. Hardware Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer hardware, such as cleaning, component replacement, and upgrades. Coordinate with vendors for warranty repairs or equipment replacement.
