Developing new techniques of vouching record keeping, Machines arrival
Notes, machines IGP (Inward Gate Pass) & ID generated Machines OGP (Outward Gate Pass) Delivery date wise.Administration checked of special loans, (Prepare monthly reports, send reminders On grace periods maturity date.
Monthly Stock taking of machines stocks, parts, stores items and report Forwarded to directly M.D after cross checking.
Equipment Sales & Purchase reconciliation on daily basis, Preparation of
Machines arrival Notes, machines IGP (Inward Gate Pass) & ID generated Machines OGP (Outward Gate Pass) Delivery date wise.
Machines Inward, Out Ward & In transit detail forward to IT Department for Website after approval of M.D.
MID (Machine ID) wise expense booked on daily basis.
Daily expenses booked, reconciled cash book on daily basis reported to M.D.

Jobs Responsibilities.
1. Daily Cash & Bank Reconciliation.
2. Daily stock reconciliation (Both Stations Islamabad, Lahore) directly reporting to
Managing Director.
3. Sales invoices/delivery challan generating through sales orders, after verification of sales order & confirmation from M.D & Sales Manager.
4. Petty Cash reconciliation of both station & budgeting of expenses.
5. Party's payment making after checking outstanding balance through accrual basis
& approval of M.D.
6. Preparing monthly accounts statement & balance sheet.
7. Monthly salaries and wages with commission & petty cash pay to employees.
8. Employee's attendance, leaves, allowances, and saving funds preparation and reconciliation on monthly basis.
9. Customers and Vendors aging & collection reporting to M.D on daily & weekly basis.
10. Proper follow up with sales stations, regional managers, bankers & high ups.
