Starting my career path in 2017 to rule out the required safety proactive programs
in the refinery process aged with +35 years to prevent incidents by auditing
work permits, workplaces, equipment, conduct required awareness and risk
assessment.
My experience recently in this position become more specific to classify the
incidents and observation, conduct a PSSR, DSR, take the lead on issuing periodic
statistics and review, update the safety procedures, and preparing the monthly
safety theme/quiz.
